I've decided that since Dad and I BOTH gained in week 7, that it will be a week that there is NO WINNER.
So far, in weekly totals, Dad is ahead 4 to 2.
It's getting obvious on the weeks that I don't follow through with my walking that I tend to gain in those weeks. The weeks that I follow my plan and do all of my running and walking I end up loosing a pound.
I got my run in tonight, so I've got to get my walking in tomorrow night. This week I'll also try getting my walk in closer after dinner and get in a Yoga session after the walk too.
Tomorrow is Week 8 weigh-in, and so far, it's not looking good on my end. We'll see what the morning brings.
